Who Has Questions for the CDC's Vaccine Committee

The U.S. CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) has scheduled committee meetings for June 25-27, 2025, which will be open to the public via digital access and will include time for public comments.
All individuals interested in making an oral public comment are encouraged by the CDC to submit a request by June 20, 2025. This ACIP meeting is identified by Docket: CDC-2025-0024.
If the number of persons requesting to speak exceeds what can be reasonably accommodated during the scheduled time, the CDC will conduct a lottery to determine the speakers. CDC staff will notify selected individuals, who will be limited to 3 minutes, and each speaker will be allowed to speak only once per meeting.
The ACIP holds three regular meetings each year to review scientific data and vote on vaccine recommendations. The final agenda for the June 2025 meeting has not been released yet.
The April 15, 2025, ACIP meeting agenda is posted at this link.
ACIP recommendations help guide final decisions made by the CDC Director and HHS. Once adopted, they become official CDC policy and are then published in the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
As of June 16, 2025, a list of recently approved ACIP recommendations is posted at the CDC link.
