Singapore Travel Vaccines 2025

The Republic of Singapore is located off the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula, bordering the South China Sea to the east. As of 2025, various travel vaccines are recommended for individuals visiting Singapore. Travel vaccination appointments for yellow feverpolio, measles, influenza, cholera, chikungunya, and other vaccine-preventable diseases can be requested at Vax-Before-Travel.

Singapore Chikungunya

Singapore's health ministry reported 19 CHIKV cases as of August 2025, up from 9 in 2024.

Singapore Dengue

In epidemiological week 20 of 2025 (May 11 to 17, 2025), 103 dengue cases were reported in Singapore. Cumulatively, over 3,100 dengue cases have been reported as of August 2025. In 2024, Singapore reported 10,879 dengue cases. Preliminary results of all positive dengue samples serotyped in May 2025 showed DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4 at 14.6%, 65.9%, 14.6%, and 4.9%, respectively. As of June 18, 2025, Singapore launched a phase 3 clinical trial for a Merck dengue vaccine candidate, V181.

Singapore Tuberculosis

As of August 2025, Singapore has reported 512 tuberculosis cases this year.
